PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer which serves as an exhaust connection pipe between an exhaust port formed on an upper end of an exhaust manifold and an inlet port of a supercharger to enable to correspond to an attachment of any supercharger by changing an attachment direction of the spacer. SOLUTION: A spacer 2 is provided between an inlet end of a turbine of superchargers T1 and T2 and exhaust port of an exhaust manifold 1. Furthermore, in a case where a sequential control system is adopted wherein a state in which both superchargers T1 and T2 are operated and a state in which only one of the superchargers T1 and T2 is operated are changed over, an exhaust control valve is provided only on one of both spacers 2 and 2. Furthermore, weld assemblage type water cooling style exhaust manifold is constituted wherein the exhaust pipes are covered with outside covers.
