PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stamping leaf from becoming fouled or detached by covering the pressed leaf laminated by thermally pressing a thermoweldable resin sheet and a thermoweldable resin applied on the thermoweldable resin sheet and completely drying the sheet and the resin, with a thermoweldable Japanese paper coated with the thermoweldable resin and thermally pressing both the stamping leaf and the thermoweldable Japanese paper. SOLUTION: A thermoweldable resin is applied to the laminated face of a transparent or a translucent synthetic resin sheet to form a thermoweldable resin sheet (1). A thermoweldable Japanese paper laminated on the thermoweldable resin sheet is formed by applying the thermoweldable resin to the laminated face of the Japanese paper (5). A pressed leaf is arranged on the laminated face of the thermoweldable resin sheet and these are thermally dried completely and are subjected to enzyme inactivation and further, are thermally welded and fixed by pressing (8). After that, the thermoweldable resin sheet is covered with the thermoweldable Japanese paper in much a manner that both sheet and paper can be laminated, and is thermally pressed (10). In this process, the pressed leaf is thermally dried to block the activation of enzyme and is welded and fixed in such a state that the stamping leaf is sandwiched between the thermoweldable resin sheet and ht thermoweldable Japanese paper. |
