摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the alloy foil for liquid phase diffusion joining of Fe base metal by which liquid phase diffusion joining at relative low temp. is made possible for joining a Fe base metal, the joined part having uniform structure and enough joining strength with reducing thermal effect to a metal to be joined (base metal) is secured and a joining time is shortened. SOLUTION: The foil has a composition consisting of, by atomic %, 1.0-20.0%, P, 1.0-10.0% S, 0.1-20.0% V, as indispensable component and the balance of essentially Fe with inevitable impurities and has a thickness 3.0-100μm, further selectively containing, if necessary, a proper quantity of one or >=2 kinds among Cr, Ni, Co and/or one or >=2 kinds among W, Nb, Ti. The foil having crystal structure of structure essentially made of amorphous is more effective to this end.
