PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a heating condition according to corrected data, and to make a possibility approaching a target bending deformation shape large by quickly correcting a basic deformation formula which is a base by which a shape deformation and the heating condition are calculated from the measured value of the shape deformation during heating. SOLUTION: The shape deformation US in the arbitrary position of a plate to be heated, which occurred by heating by the heating condition, is measured. In parallel with this, or preliminarily, the calculated values UC of the shape deformation by this heating condition are found by setting the value K of a formula,δ=Kf(τ) to a standard value K0 and its approximate value. That is, for the values UC, the values of (n) kinds set as the value K are obtained. Differences between the measured value US and the calculated values UC are compared, and a K by which the absolute value|ε|of its difference becomes the minimum, is made a correction coefficient. Consequently, the correction coefficient can easily and quickly obtained. In addition, the standard value K0 is normally made 1, and when the correction coefficient is 1, a noncorrection is performed.
