SOLUTION: A user 1 transmits data requesting the provision of prescribed service and a signed sentence prepared based on these data to a service provider 2, and the service provider 2 calculates the charges of utilization based on these data and requests the collection of utilization charges from the user 1 to a bank 3. The bank 3 reports the utilization charges demanded from the service provider 2 to the user 1. When the user 1 has any objection to the utilization charges, the service provider 2 opens the data and signed sentence received from the user 1 for the bank 3 and when these data are judged proper from this signed sentence, the bank 3 calculates the proper utilization charges based on these data and collects them from the user 1. |
