PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the strength of a yoke part protrusively provided from a FRP-made shaft body, and an improve assembly property to a mating side joint. SOLUTION: A propeller shaft has the first evacuation part 17 formed by reforming a fiber wound in the recessed spot of a yoke part continuously from a shaft body 13 into a shape having avoided the outer periphery of a partner yoke side, and the second evacuation part 18 which avoids the radiation shaft of a mating spider by forming the inside opening part of the yoke part 14 so that the opening part may be enlarged as much as the yoke tip. A forming mould is used in a forming process in order to form each of evacuation parts 17, 18. |
