PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture polyester film which has outstading easily bonding properties to silicone and film at high productivity. SOLUTION: A coating liquid containing a composite polymer particle showing the copresence of a polymer seed of continuous phase and polysiloxane in a single particle is applied to at least, one of the faces of polyester film. Next, a coating liquid containing a polysiloxane composite polymer particle in which the polymer seed of continuous phase and polysiloxane are copresent, is applied to at least, one of the faces of a film which is easily bonded to silicone and polyester film, with a primer layer formed by stretching and thermal treatment. After that, a crosslinked primer layer is formed by stretching and thermal treatment. |
