PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a volume resistance of a static electricity shield film to improve durability thereof by preferably laminating a conductive polyvinyl alcohol film layer including conductive powder and a metal layer. SOLUTION: A conductive polyvinyl alcohol film layer and a metal layer are laminated. As a conductive polyvinyl alcohol layer, those including conductive polymer, Li compound salt and conductive powder are used, but the conductive powder is more preferable. As the conductive powder, conductive carbon black, metal powder.metal oxide powder or conductive powder such as metal fiber are used. When considering close adherence between conductive powder and polyvinyl alcohol based resin, the carbon black is most preferable. Metal oxide is next preferable and then metal powder and metal fiber are also preferable. As the metal layer, a metal foil or a metal vaporized layer may also be used. As a kind of metal, aluminum is most preferable. |
