Among the whole amount, the compound of the modified olefin copolymer composite containing the polarity and 0.05-5wt% refined oil component, and the general olefin polymer serves as the wadded part, and the modified polyester which is copolymerized as various kinds of additives serves as the initial part to produce the wadding type conjugated short fiber.
