PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part mounting device which can correct the deviation amount of a nozzle in a state where an electronic part is sucked. SOLUTION: At the time of mounting an electronic part 9 sucked by the nozzle 4, a recognition camera 5 recognizes the picture of the electronic part 9 and a nozzle rotation motor 3 rotates the electronic part 9. The recognition camera 5 recognizes the picture of the electronic part 9 again and it is stored in RAM. The center coordinate of the nozzle 4 is obtained based on the pictures before and after rotation, which are stored in RAM. The center coordinate is compared with a center coordinate value which is previously decided, the difference is corrected, and a planar linear motor 1 is moved. |
