PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect a rotating part and a fixed part with a simple constitution at the time of measuring and adjusting the dynamic balance of a device having the rotating part like a laser scan motor. SOLUTION: A measuring base 5 is elastically supported on a rotating table, and a laser scan motor 4 is mounted on this measuring base 5. In a station for measurement and confirmation of the dynamic balance, a contact pin mechanism to supply power to the maser scan motor 4 us provided. With respect to the contact pin mechanism, a contact pin 921 is supported on a contact pin attaching base 918, and the contact pin 921 is electrically connected to a contact of the laser scan motor 4 when a permanent magnet 919 of the contact pin attaching base 918 is magnetically stuck to a magnetization part 512 consisting of a magnetic body of the measuring base 5. Thus, power is supplied to the laser scan motor 4 without an influence of external vibration. |
