PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet device using a refrigerating machine which, while keeping and improving the efficiency of the heat transfer from the cold head part of the refrigerating machine is free from a flexural strain even when thermal contraction accompanying cooling occurs in a roof plate and a fixing plate both of an inner chamber body and works smoothly over a long period of time. SOLUTION: Cold-head parts F-1, F-2 of a refrigerating machine is fixed to a roof plate 9 and a fixing plate 13 both of an inner chamber body 6 by using attaching flanges and bolts. A pressing body 41 is pressed against the top of the refrigerating machine 15 and by pressing the refrigerating machine 15 is fixed to a roof plate 3 in a manner of being movable sideways. As a result, while the efficiency of the heat transfer from the cold-head part can be maintained or improved, the refrigerating machine can be freed from a strain caused by thermal contraction of the roof plate 3 and fixing plate 13. |
