摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with the seasonal concentration variation of a fuel gas and concentration abnormality of a fuel gas in an unattended manner by computing the fuel gas flow rate, the flow rate of steam for reforming, and the operating temperature of a transformer based on a fuel gas concentration which is constantly monitored. SOLUTION: A gas composition is summed by transmitting the data of a gas concentration detector 12 to a summing part 22 of a gas concentration evaluating and computing circuit 21. A transformer operating temperature computing part 23 to compute the operating temperature of the inside of a transformer 17 by computing the CO concentration at an inlet of a transformer 17 based on the CO2 concentration which does not serve for power generation is installed. The total heating value of the fuel gas 11 is computed from the obtained gas concentration by fuel flow rate computing part 24 and the fuel flow rate is computed based on the obtained total heating value. The optimum steam flow rate for reforming in relation to the fuel flow rate computed by the fuel flow rate computing part 24 is computed by a reforming steam flow rate computing part 25. The allowable values of gas components to be poisoned and contained in the fuel gas in a plant can be determined by an allowable value determining part 26 based on the obtained concentration of gases to be poisoned.
