PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power from being consumed in waste by an impedance element in a certain amount of time by stabilizing a load current for a certain amount of time after turning on power and enabling output to be adjusted. SOLUTION: Current that flows through a resistor 23 is detected by a detection/control circuit 44, and the detection/control circuit 44 controls a drive circuit 39 so that the aging of current that flows to an inductive load 32 becomes small between the time when power is turned on and the time when the current becomes stable after that. Then, when a certain time passes after power is turned on, an FET 43 is turned on due to the charge voltage of a capacitor 42, thus short-circuiting both the terminals of the resistor 23. After that, current flows through an FET. |
