PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct efficiently quick and proper processing before a detrimental fault takes place by automating a service man dispatch request by information sent from each image forming device including an image forming device (copying machine or the like) of a low CV layer. SOLUTION: In this image forming device service system is composed of a plurality of copying machines (including copying machine at a low CV layer) 1 or the like, on the occurrence of a fault event or a fault advance event, each copying machine 1 in its operation adds state information (newest 10 times jam history information) including an integration copy of the machine of the prescribed number on the occurrence of the faults or the fault advance event to warning information informing the occurrence and sends the result. A management equipment 4 receives the information and stores it sequentially and analyzes the storage content to predict the occurrence of the fault and necessity of visit of a service man and sends the predicated result to a terminal equipment installed to a service point managing the image forming device 1 being its object.
