PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for radio auction of perishable foods like fresh fish, among auctioneers and bidders and a device for quick processing of auction data. SOLUTION: An auctioneer and plural bidders use radio handy terminal machines 1 and 2, and the progress condition of auction is displayed on a mobile auction display mechanism 4 by the control of a transaction controller 3 connected by radio, and in this state, a price is bidden up by the indication of the auctioneer, and each bidder responds to bidding with a desired purchase quantity by the radio handy terminal machine 2. When the total of desired purchase quantities exceeds a listed quantity, the price is successively bidden up; and when the total of desired purchase quantities is reduced to the listed quantity or smaller, bidding-up is terminated, and distribution of the listed article is determined, in accordance with the desired purchase quantities of bidders at this time. Bidding-down is displayed for the remainders; and when bidders respond to bidding with desired purchase quantities, desired purchase quantities are distributed to them in the order of response, and bidding-down is terminated when all of the remainders have beers sold. |
