VACUUM HEAT TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat treatment method in which an item to be treated and conditions of heat treatment for the item are transmitted in an accurate correspondence. SOLUTION: A heat processing condition for an item 92 to be treated is stored in a host computer of a computer network for monitoring a plurality of devices including vacuum heat treatment devices 21 to 24 and then description about recording medium corresponding to the item to be treated is read and then the heat treatment condition is called up. The recording medium is made of anti-heat material, transported into the vacuum heat treatment devices 21 to 24 together with the processed item and then the recording medium is placed in cold air space. Since the description in the recording medium is not diminished, the treated item 92 and the recording medium can be taken out of the vacuum heat treatment devices 21 to 24 upon completion of the heat treatment and they can be fed together to a subsequent step.
