<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively construct an ATM communication system by connecting plural ATM cell transfer devices, arranging them in a home and forming an information distributing route required for ATM communication and a power distributing route. SOLUTION: An information box 1121, ATM cell transfer devices (information branch means) 1122-i (i=1 to 4) and various kinds of equipments constitute tree structurea. The information branch means 1122-i are respectively provided with two data input/output ends T called an information passage port and two data input/output ends D called an information branch port. When the information branch means 1122-i is operated, whole valid cells inputted from one information passage port are outputted from the respective information branch ports while being outputted from another information passage port and also the valid cells inputted from the respective information branch ports are outputted from the respective information passage ports and also from the other information branch ports. In result, the valid cells outputted from the whole equipments can be broadcasted to a whole domestic communication network.</p> |
