PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating cooking utensil that can be used very easily and that is markedly superior in practical application by separating a heating information display portion from a heating operation part, providing the heating operation part on an operable front face, and arranging the heating information display portion at a part erected at a visible top face backward position or a top face backward position or provided in an erected state. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic induction heating cooking utensil provided with a heating part 2 for heating heated body 1, such as pan or flying pan to be placed by electromagnetic induction heating, is provided on the top face thereof and provided with a heating switch of this heating part 2 or a heating operation part 3 for performing heating quantity adjustment operation or the like. The utensil is arranged by orienting a display face 4a in a direction oriented to an operator, so that it can be observed by the operator who is standing at a front face near side at a part at which a heating information display part 4, such as heating ON/OFF switching operation to be changed by being operated by means of this heating operation part 3 with the heating operation part 3 provided on the front face thereof, heating quantity, or heating temperature is erected at the top face backward position or at the top face backward position or provided in the erected state. |
