SOLUTION: A user system 3 and a software server system 4 of a software distributor are connected through a communication mechanism, and an execution module registering means 43 to be executed by the user registers a deciphered execution module into the user system 3 by operating an enciphered password data base 4403 and an enciphered execution module 4401. A new user purchases the software on the communication mechanism through a payment substituting means 42. A password 2 is prepared for the new user by a password preparing means 4306, registered in the enciphered password data base and reported to a user 1. |
