PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice detection system in an inter-room conference capable of outputting a speech at a required scene by controlling output by signals judged as the speech by judging whether or not voice gathered by a microphone is the speech and the signals turned ON at the time of the speech by a speaker through OR and AND parts. SOLUTION: Whether or not speaker voice signals gathered by the sound gathering part 11 of the microphones 1-1-n are the speech is judged by a voice detection part and a speech judgement part 16, and when they are judged as the speech, they are sent to the OR part 17 and the AND part 18. In the meantime, the ON output of a manual switch part 12 turned ON at the time of the speech by the speaker is sent to the OR part 17 and the AND part 18. At the time of receiving the ON output of the OR part 17 and the AND part 18, a changeover switch part 19 controls an output control part 13 by the output for which selection is set by a changeover switch and sends the speaker voice signals through an output part 14, a terminal control part 5 and a transmission line to other video conference rooms. Thus, this voice detection system in the inter-room conference capable of outputting the speech at the required scene is obtained. |
