PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a read/write mechanism by obtaining a reader/writer device for IC card whose contacts are not worn by vibration and shock, which occur at the time of running of a vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: A reader/writer device 30 for IC card, provided with a contact module 45, which moves toward and away with respect to contacts of an IC card, is provided with a mechanism part, which uses a solenoid 47 as the driving source to move the contact module 45 toward and away from contacts, and a circuit which has a sensor for detecting vibration and shock and converts and amplifies the detected signal from the sensor in a certain arbitrary condition to turn on/off the solenoid 47. |
