Even if the axis of piezoelectric oscillator is fixed with a specified inclination, in a vertical direction, against a axis direction to be detected (rotation axis direction) set parallel to a reference surface of the stage of piezoelectric oscillation gyro, the output of piezoelectric oscillator gyro corresponds to the level of an applied rotation angle speed, in addition, the size of the piezoelectric oscillator gyro in the to-be-detected axis direction can be smaller.
