PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy coping with kind change of coils, by moving a winding shaft into which a coil is inserted to a specified position, holding a first and a second end portions of the coil, moving a transfer shaft in the direction approaching the winding shaft by a specified distance, and transferring the coil on the transfer shaft. SOLUTION: An air-core coil is formed by winding a wire around a winding shaft 83 of a winding wire shaft 76. After that, the winding shaft 83 is moved in the forward direction together with a spindle 82 and positioned at a specified position, and a transfer shaft 84 is moved in the back direction by a specified distance which has been set previously, by driving an XY adjusting mechanism part 114. The winding shaft 83 is pushed into the spindle 82 with the transfer shaft 84, and the air-core coil is received on the transfer shaft 84. At this time, the air-core coil is held by clamping a first and a second end portions with a first and a second coil end forming blocks 116 and 119. |
