PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure waterproof and alarm with sufficient sound volume by bringing the outer circumferential part of a vibration plate into close contact with a component case with a seal member and transferring the signal of a circuit member to a piezoelectric element by way of an elastic member. SOLUTION: Whole timepiece module 3 is inserted in a timepiece case 1 and a circuit board 6 is fixed 9 in the case 1 via housing 4 and 5. An alarm member 10 disposed below the module 3 consists of a piezoelectric element 11 and a vibration plate 12 and an elastic connection piece 13 connects the element 11 to the board 6 with an elastic force. In accordance with the vibration of the element 11 where voice data drive signal from LSI 8 of the board 6 is input, the vibration plate 12 vibrates. The alarm member 10 is fixed with a seal member 15 and a back lid 16 in the case 1. By bonding the outer circumferential part of the vibration plate 12 to the upper surface of a pushing part 15a and integrating, the case 1 is made waterproof. In this manner, the pushing force of the vibration plate 12 to a step part 18 by the pushing part 15a can be made small, and the plate 12 can sufficiently vibrate without being bound by the back lid 16. Thus, clear alarm with sufficient sound volume becomes possible. |
