PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can eliminate personal error of an operator and rightly teach a bonding position. SOLUTION: A camera picks up an image of the tip part of a lead 13 of a lead frame, and displays the image on a monitor television screen. By operating a manipulator, the camera is moved in the X direction and the Y direction. A first circle A as a mark set in the visual field of the camera is aligned to two corner parts K1, K2 of the tip edge of the lead 13. A second circle B is aligned to the side end edges of the lead 13. When a register key is pushed in the above state, centers O of the first circle A and the second circle B are registered in the storage part of a control part, as the coordinates (x1, y1) of the bonding position. Thereby personal error is eliminated, and the teaching of bonding position is enabled simply and quickly. |
