PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a CPU board and to improve throughput as a whole by providing the interface circuit of a coordinate input device on an image display board, connecting the coordinate input device to this circuit and performing cursor move display control on the image display board. SOLUTION: An image display device 15 is connected to an image display board 12. Mouse interface circuits 18 are respectively mounted on these image display boards 12. A cursor 16 for instructing or setting a concerned area is displayed on the screen of the image display device 15. A mouse 17 is used for operating the setting, etc., of the concerned area by moving this cursor 16 on the screen. This mouse 17 is connected to the mouse interface circuit 18 on the image display board 18 and by sending a signal expressing the moving amount of the mouse 17, the mouse interface circuit 18 calculates the coordinate of a position to display the cursor 16 from this moving amount. Thus, the display board 12 moves the cursor 16 on the screen of the display device 15. |
