PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the man-hours for total inspection and post processing in molding of photographic film cartridges, to eliminate the damage on films in injection molded articles and to greatly lower a product defect rate so as to greatly improve a working rate. SOLUTION: This film cartridge consists of bisected upper and lower shells 6, 7, a turning door 8 for a film inlet/outlet port, a locking member 9 for turning and displacing a shaft assembly 5 to the state of detaining the rotation of the assembly and the shaft assembly 5 and is assembled by fitting the locking member 9, the shaft assembly 5 and the turning door 8 to the one shell 6 (7), putting the other shell 7 (6) thereon and coupling both shells. In such a case, the constituting parts are molded by injection molding a polystyrene-based thermoplastic resin having 0.2 to 4.0mm thickness and contg. a silicone oil having a melt flow rate(MFR) of 3.5 to 5.5gram/10 minutes. The parts are molded by attaching gas vents of 25 to 35μm to the parting surfaces of the metal molds corresponding to the parts where the thickness is smallest at the time of molding. |
