PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller which can reduce a noise or a rush current. SOLUTION: A 'PWM' signal generated by a PWM circuit 71 and a 'phase control' signal generated by a phase control circuit 8 are synthesized by an OR circuit 73 of an inverter driving circuit 7. Since switching is performed at a frequency higher than an AC power source by the 'PWM' signal, an input current can be let flow over the full cycle of the AC power source 1. Thus, a power rate is improved and a high frequency current can be reduced. Since the number of times of switching is reduced while depending on the 'phase control' signal, on the other hand, the noise is reduced. By using both the merits, the high frequency current and noise can be reduced. |
