PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the data transmitter in which a wait time from the selection of a page seen frequently till its display is received at a receiver side with respect to the data transmitter that sends transmission data consisting of a plurality of pages cyclicly. SOLUTION: A selection frequency storage section 2211 stores an estimated selection frequency for each page of transmission data stored in a transmission data storage section 113, and a transmission sequence decision section 2212 references the selection frequency storage section 2211 to decide a transmission sequence of each page so that the transmission interval is shorter as a page has a higher selecting frequency, and a transmission data read section 2214 reads transmission data stored in the transmission data storage section 113 according to the decided transmission sequence and outputs the data to a multiplexer section 115 and the outputted transmission data are subject to a prescribed processing and the resulting data are sent from a transmission section 116.
