PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive wire harness. SOLUTION: Plural insulating covered wires (a) are arranged in parallel on a plane, they are passed through a grip 10, a cutter 20, and a pressure contact press machine 30, the passed ends are grasped by the chuck 43 of a scaling and drawing machine 40, and the wires (a) are fixed integrally by pressure contacting the adequate positions in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the parallel wires (a) to a connector C while drawing out the parallel wires (a) by advancing the chuck 3. By repeating such operations, the connector C is installed to the adequate positions in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the parallel wires (a). In each pressure contact operation, a desired wire of the plural wires (a) is cut at the rear side of the pressure contact part, according to the processing requirement. After all the parallel wires (a) are cut, the parallel wires (a) are grasped by the grip 10, and the cutting ends of the parallel wires (a) are moved to the chuck position of the scaling and drawing machine 4 so as to grasp them by the chuck 43, and thereafter, the above operation is repeated to obtain wire harness wires. |
