<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily integrate reply data into data under preparing when the data to be integrated into data under preparing are returned through reply mail by providing a data preparing means. SOLUTION: When it is necessary to return the data to be integrated into data under preparing through the reply mail during the preparation of these data, a user prepares a reply data storage area inside the data under preparing by using an area preparing means 23 and afterwards, transmission mail to request the return of data is prepared by using a mail preparing means 31. Reply area information showing the size of this reply data storage area is added to that transmission mail by a synthesizing means 33. A person in charge, who receives the transmission mail added with the reply area information, returns the data of graphs or the like in the size shown by the reply area information. An intra-area writing means 24 writes the returned reply data in the reply data storage area.</p> |
