PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation of a managing person by automating the preparation, register and set change of the user account of a client user. SOLUTION: When a user's log-in request is generated from a client machine 1 and a user identification part 21 judges that this user does not have a user account at a server machine 2, a user information retrieving part 22 retrieves pertinent user information from a user information storage device 12 on the side of the client machine 1. The a user account control part 24 prepares a user account based on this retrieved user information and managing information within a managing person setting and storing part 23 and a user account storing part 25 holds it. |
