PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify who adds the note at which position when referring to a document added with the note by distinguishing the color of an icon corresponding to a link information storage file prepared by a person who adds the note. SOLUTION: It is judged whether the information of link to a display requested document exists in an opened information file or not (S404) and when such information exists, display color data set as the peculiar information of the information file are read in (S405). Then, data defining the link to a memory are read in (S406) and the file is closed (S407). When such information does not exist, the file is closed (S408). Next, the icon is plotted on a screen based on the information of display position defined by the link information read in S406 (S410) and the plotted icon is painted in the designated color (S411). Then, processing from S410 to S411 is repeated until processing all the link information (S409). |
