PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily fix a long article without a projection, and prevent the surface of a fixed surface and coating from being damaged. SOLUTION: A plate spring 14 is attached to a platelike base 11 by a mounting screw 15, a first magnet 16 is attached to the plate spring 14, a first magnet mounting plate 17 is rotatively attached to one end of the base 11 by a hinge 18, a plate spring 19 is attached to the magnet mounting plate 17 by a mounting screw 20, a second magnet 21 is attached to the plate spring 19, a retaining metal fitting 12 whose cross sectional shape is an approximately U-shape is attached between the magnet 16 of the base 11 and the magnet mounting plate 17, and an elastic member 13 formed of a sponge, rubber or the like, is arranged on the inner surface of the retaining metal fitting 12. |
