PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively execute human support or the like for smoothing jobs at a bank, etc., where the positions of workers are changed. SOLUTION: The scene of an office as a monitoring object is shot by a video camera, that image is transmitted to an office job monitoring device installed at a place away from the office of the monitoring object and displayed and according to that display image, an office manager transmits various messages to workers while monitoring the job execution conditions of workers at the office of the monitoring object, the stored conditions of documents and the visit conditions of clients. Afterwards, when the office manager transmits a message to any worker, the office manager designates the display position of information equipment corresponding to the relevant worker. Thus, the identification information for call of information equipment to transmit the message is acquired from an information equipment managing table and according to that acquired identification information for call, the message is transmitted to the relevant information equipment. |
