PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delivery data registration man-hours and article delivery process man-hours by putting pieces of order information and ordering destinations of the same data of delivery combining together as one unit, and outputting orders, given individual order numbers by order group numbers, from an order sheet file in a sequentially arrayed state, in response to an inputted output command. SOLUTION: A hard disk 2 for storing material supply management data is connected to a CUP; and a master file on the hard disk 2 contains a material transaction destination master, a department master, an ordering charged staff master, etc., and a data file stores order numbers, order group numbers, etc. Pieces of order information and ordering destinations having the same desired data of delivery are considered as one unit and put in a data file as an order sheet file, while given order group numbers on a series of order sheets. In response to an output command from a keyboard 3, orders having order group numbers are outputted from the order sheet file by the order group numbers in a sequentially arrayed state. |
