PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor installed in the small area of a circuit board and constructed with relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A thin and long plate-like sensor beam 50 composed by sticking together a piezoelectric ceramic 52 and a sheet metal 51 is supported in cantilever in a frame housing by an insert mold. A pair of metallic members 60 and 80 including soldered parts 62 and 82 are fitted to the circuit board from both ends of the longitudinal direction of the housing. The metallic member 60 is electrically connected to the sheet metal of the piezoelectric sensor beam 50 and the metallic member 80 is electrically connected to an electrode formed on the piezoelectric ceramic 52. |
