发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF POLYMER SOLID ELECTROLYTE
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safety provide a polymer solid electrolyte having high ion conductivity without using a low boiling point solvent through an easy process by immersing a polyvinylidene fluoride type resin molding in a mixed solution of an electrolytic substance and a plasticizer in specified temperature conditions. SOLUTION: A polymer solid electrolyte is obtained by immersing a poly(vinylidene fluoride) type resin molding in a mixed solution of an electrolytic substance and a plasticizer in temperature not lower than 35 deg.C and not higher than 200 deg.C. Nonporous materials, porous materials having separated foams, and porous materials having through holes may be employed for the poly(vinylidene fluoride) type resin molding. Moreover, cross-linked poly(vinylidene fluoride) type resin is preferable as a solid electrolyte having high strength and excellent stability at high temperature can be obtained. A method for cross- linking the resin by irradiation of radiation energy is preferable.</p>
