PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search detour route as a single jam and to calculate an efficient detour route by, when multiple jam places and regulated places exist on a recommended route, searching a new detour route for display. SOLUTION: When a detour switch is judged on at a step S61, advances to S62, and when judged a recommended route is set, whether a car is running on the set recommended route or not is judged at S63. At S64, whether a jam place exists in the recommended route or not is judged, and when judged exists, a distance on the recommended route from a starting point of the route to a current position is calculated. At S68, a detour automatic setting flag is judged to be off, and it is on, advances to S69. At the S69, a distance from a head point of the jam is calculated, and at S70, is a jam place further exist ahead of the jam or not is judged. When multiple jams exist, whether the head point of adjoining jam is within 1km from the tail point is judged at S72, and in order to detour all jam placed, a distance from a head point of a leading jam is calculated. |
