PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color photosensitive material small in disturbance of gradation balance. SOLUTION: This photosensitive material contains a polyester type compound having a viscosity of 300mPa.s in a red sensitive layer and satisfies the following expressions at the time of executing development processings I and II: 0.8<=γII(C)/γI(C)<=1.2, 0.8<=γII(M)/γI(M)<=1.2, 0.8<=γII(Y)/γI(Y)<=1.2 where each ofγI(Y),γI(M),γI(C) is each of yellow, magenta, and cyan gradations, when development processing 1 is executed and each ofγII(Y),γII(M),γII(C) is each of yellow, magenta, and cyan gradations, when development processing II is executed, and development processing I is a color development processing in a developing time of 3min 15sec and using a developing solution at a temperature of 38 deg.C and containing a developing agent of 2-methyl-4-[N-ethyl-N-(β- hydroxyethyl)amino]anilin in 15mmol/l, and development processing II is a color development processing in a developing time of 55sec and using a developing solution at a temperature of 45 deg.C and containing the same developing agent in 38mmol/l.
