PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically produce a facility list and to reduce the production labor of this list by producing a CAD drawing and extracting the device numbers from the CAD drawing for production of the facility list. SOLUTION: A drawing 2 where facility equipments are described is inputted with CAD via a computer 1. Thus a CAD drawing 3 is obtained. In this CAD input state, the pattern of the facility equipment is inputted as the information on a symbol 6 showing a graphic shape out of the CAD data. The device numbers 7 are inputted in characters as the attribute information which undergoes the internal data management as the relative information on every symbol 6. In a facility management mode, the internal data on the drawing 3 which are managed by the computer 1 are retrieved and the information on the symbols 6 are extracted one by one. Then the numbers 7 which are inputted in characters as the attribute information in response to every symbol 6 is extracted from the data on the drawing 3 based on the information on the symbols 6. Then the device numbers 7 which are extracted in said system from all symbols 6 shown on the drawing 3 are displayed in a list, so that a facility list 8 is obtained. |
