The nut is captured in an insert which is locked on a sheet to extend from one of its faces to receive a screw and to cooperate with a hole in the sheet. There is a cylindrical metal insert with a thread (5) to receive a screw and having a collar (6) on its upper part. A locking rod (2) is deformed under a controlled force to a take a set form (10) and cause locking of the insert on the sheet for sealing the system. A steel cap has a guide wall (17) at one end in which the rod is positioned and at the other and has a rod extending across the insert. The cap is placed under the locking rod at the side opposite the collar. The applied force cause the cap to deform for sealing.
