PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed current switching in which the number of elements is reduced, an average current consumption is reduced and the current spike from a current output terminal is reduced. SOLUTION: The differential signal generation circuit acting like outputting a couple of differential signals to select a current path of a switching circuit consisting of a couple of differential transistors(TRs) input terminal an input control signal is provided with pseudo-inverters 13, 14 which drive a couple of the differential TRs so that they are not simultaneously nonconductive by delaying a fall time of either of a couple of the differential signals more than a rise time of the control signal or delaying a rise time of either of a couple of the differential signals more than a fall time of the control signal and providing an output of the delayed signal. |
