PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable conveying of cautioning information for operation to a driver near the present position during traveling. SOLUTION: The current position is calculated on the basis of a position measuring data from a GPS receiver 1 and a map data containing a point corresponding to the current position is read out from a CD-ROM driver 7 to draw a map image on a display 8c. Cautioning information for operation is inputted from a key board 5 as input means to be displayed on the map image by superscription. Thus, the cautioning information for operation is shown by the display 8c being superimposed on a map scope thereby enabling assistance in safety operation for drivers. |
