The antenna (10) is mounted on a platform (11,12) which is angled (a) away from the horizontal plane so the antenna's main axis (XX) is centred away from the vertical. The antenna can traverse an angle on each side of the axis. The platform base (12) can rotate around the antenna's vertical axis (YY). The angle of rotation (b) is equal to (90-a) degrees. The antenna includes a conductor plane, with a light positioned at each reception channel. A dephaser is positioned in front of each light.
