<p>The present invention relates to a microwave heating apparatus for heating foodstuff, and aims to heat foodstuff evenly with high efficiency. The apparatus comprises a magnetron (6) mounted on the top surface of wave guide (7), the bottom surface of wave guide (7) is inclined towards the bottom of opening, a metal plate (9) is provided with a certain clearance above the bottom surface of wave guide (7); the microwave irradiated from antenna (10) of magnetron (6) and traveling along the bottom surface of wave guide (7) is guided to opening (8) under a regulation by metal plate (9) with dispersion suppressed and reaches the opening without suffering from the loss of energy. An object of heating (1) is irradiated direct by the microwave with an improved heating efficiency.</p> |
