A block for a composite construction structure, particularly for an antiseismic construction structure, has at least one cavity (6, 6', 6'') and preferably a plurality of cavities separated by walls (4, 5, 7, 8). Along the upper side of the block are provided grooves (18, 13), while the block head sides present recesses (2). Inside the block cavities are provided partitions (4, 5, 7, 8) situated between the two walls (3) which form the two longitudinal faces of the block. The partitions (4, 5, 7, 8) are comprised of combinations of perpendicular (5), parallel (4) and inclined (7, 8) walls with respect to the two longitudinal walls (3) of the block, thereby forming a network of decomposition of forces acting on said walls (3).
