<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic mounting and reduce the cost of mounting on a board, by providing a soldered join portion at both end portions of a magnetic body. SOLUTION: A magnetic body 1 used for a data line filter is made of a ferrite material, formed in a flat cylindrical shape, and has a cavity portion 6 for inserting a flat cable or the like. The periphery of the magnetic body is insulated, and a soldered joint part 2 is provided at both end portions. This soldered joint part 2 is formed by coating the magnetic body 1 with a paste of silver or the like, then performing printing and underlying plating of nickel or the like on the upper surface thereof, and then performing the solder plating. After the soldered joint portion 2 has been soldered onto a pattern 4 on a printed board 5 by a reflow method, to fix the magnetic body 1 and a flat cable 3 is inserted into the cavity portion 6. Thus, automatic mounting is enabled, and the cost of mounting on the board may be reduced.</p> |
