<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacture of a pressurized fluid supply hose in which pressurized fluid delivered from a pressure fluid supply device such as a pump is supplied to a hydraulic actuation device such as a power steering device. SOLUTION: A taper 4a whose thickness is thinned according as it is directed to the end part of a metal tube 4, is formed at the end 11 of the metal tube 4, the periphery of the metal tube 4 is pushed and pressed by the use of a caulking jig 20 having width W extended over the cylindrical part 4b of the metal tube 4 and the taper 4a so that a taper whose inside diameter is increased according as it is directed to the end of the metal tube 4 is formed on the inner circumference of the end 11 of the metal tube 4, and a spiral pipe 10 is caulked and fixed in the metal tube 4.</p> |
